The Council conducted a hearing to determine whether his licence should be revoked based upon falsification of his credentials. The Council received information that the medical degree issued in his name had been granted to a different person. The Council received information that his Fellowships in psychiatry from Ireland and Scotland had been rescinded by the credentialing bodies that had issued them. Council revoked his licence to practice medicine in Saskatchewan.
